Lead Character Charlie who is facing a mental illness uses to be an English Instructor who feels ashamed of his physical appearance. He was ashamed of in coming front of the camera.
He uses to teach kids through online classes and barely meets anyone. He is spending his life in debt and has physical issues. He got visited by a new Life Church missionary who wanted Charlie to live a long life.
Due to his physical appearance ashamed he even never met the delivery boy face to face from whom he orders Pizza every day. For the last eight years, he has been keeping himself away from his daughter Ellie but suddenly tries to connect with her as The Whale movie story moves on.
As the story moves ahead Charlie becomes more health serious. He began spending his life in a wheelchair.
Then his wife’s ex-wife visits him to meet after she came to know that he is having a high bank balance that he wants to give to his daughter Ellie. Later Charlie dies remembering the memory of his with his family on a visit to the Oregon Coast. The story that took the audience to his death day creates much emotional drama.
