Biography
Sarwan Singh Pandher was born in 1965 (age: 58 years, as of 2023) in Pandher village of Amritsar district in Punjab. he is the son of Sardar Satnam Singh who died earlier in November 2023. He belongs to a farming family and has been involved in agriculture since his childhood. He completed his schooling from a government school in his village and then pursued a diploma in mechanical engineering from a polytechnic college in Amritsar. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Guru Nanak Dev University.
Career and Activism
Sarwan Singh Pandher started his career as a mechanical engineer in a private company in Ludhiana. However, he soon quit his job and returned to his village to join his family in farming.
