Rahul Hegde IPS was born in India sometime between 1988-1991 (age: 32-35 years, as of 2023), making him around 28 to 43 years old as of 2023. He completed his schooling from a local high school and then pursued his graduation in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV College of Engineering, one of the top engineering colleges in the country. Hyderabad: A parking dispute between Tollywood actress Dimple Hayati and IPS officer Rahul Hegde, who is the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) in Hyderabad, has led to a criminal case being filed against the actress and her friend Victor David. The case was registered at the Jubilee Hills Police Station on May 17, based on the complaint of the IPS officer’s driver, Chetan Kumar.
According to the complaint, the actress and her friend had deliberately hit the Rahul Hegde IPS officer’s official car, which was parked in the apartment complex where they all reside, and also kicked the traffic cones that were placed around the car. The driver had submitted the CCTV footage of the incident as evidence to the police. The police had issued a notice to the actress and her friend under section 41 (A) of the Criminal Procedure Code on May 22.
The actress, however, denied the allegations and claimed that the case was false and motivated by the misuse of power by the IPS officer. She said that the traffic cones were obstructing the parking space and causing inconvenience to her. She also said that she had not received any notice from the police and that she would cooperate with the investigation.
