NCRPO chief Police Brigadier General Jonnel Estomo spoke in media. He stated the person who has an interest in killing the journalist has been captured on CCTV camera. Investigators collected the footage from the routes where Percy was driving his car. And the killers were framed in the camera just a moment before the journalist was shot dead.
