He was sent to hospital but declared dead. His girlfriend who goes by the name LaShawn Denise Bagle is now under arrest.
Police state that Ouncie Mitchell and Bagle had a fight when they both were inside one Bar in Salt Lake City. Then Ouncie visited his apartment where they were living together. But outside his apartment, he was gunshot by his girlfriend. After it, LaShawn Denise Bagley got arrested by police as a suspect in a murder. A charge of Felony Discharge of a Firearm has been raised against her.
