Fotis Dulos was arrested on May 26 after he returned from one of his trips to Florida where he had been staying since April 23. He was charged with murder, kidnapping, and evidence tampering by police.
Michelle was arrested on May 27 along with Fotis’ close friend Kent Mawhinney, who is also an attorney representing Fore Group Inc., by police who searched their homes separately.
The three were released on $6 million bond each pending trial but were required to wear electronic ankle bracelets as part of their conditions.

He also said that the comment could have influenced other jurors or affected their decision-making process. The judge ordered another recess to talk to the remaining jurors and investigate the claim.
When they came back from the break, Randolph announced that alternate juror number 420 had been dismissed from the trial. He also said that he would review the video footage from the elevator area where the incident occurred.

She said she then drove around Hartford, Connecticut, looking for Jennifer or any signs of trouble. She said she saw some suspicious activity near Waveny Park where Jennifer’s SUV truck was found abandoned two days later. She said she also noticed some blood stains on some bushes near Waveny Park, but she did not report them to anyone because she thought they might belong to someone else. She said she stayed with Dulos’ children until their mother returned home or someone else came to pick them up. She said they were all scared and confused by what happened to their mother.
