Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea movie Online: Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea is the latest released in Malayalam by director Priyadarshan. Priyadarshan is popularly known for directing films in Bollywood also. But this time he has directed a Malayalam movie that is based on an epic war story. It is said to be the most expensive Malayalam movie ever made in the history of South Indian Cinema.
The periodic drama movie displays the story of the rising and fall of Kunjali Marakkar IV who’s character is played by Mohan Lal. Kunjali Marakkar was the tactics defender who fight against the Portuguese Invasion in the years of 17th century. In the story, Kunjal Marakkar is used to be the Naval chief commander of King Kozhikode. Kunjali (younger version played by Pranav Mohan Lal) after seeing the death of his parents and entire family becomes a messiah of the masses with his hard work. Later he with his extraordinary defending skills fight for the people and also started to help the King of Kozhikode to defeat the Portuguese.
Stepping forward in the movie Kunjali falls in love with Archa (played by Keerthy Suresh) which completely changes his image in front of the people of Kozhikode. After it, what happens in the movie eventually builds the real story of the movie. Various war scenes have been showcased in the movie which is appraisable.
