Lyka was born on August 10, 1966, in Manila, Philippines. Her real name is Yoraidyl Stone, but she adopted the screen name Lyka Ugarte when she entered showbiz. She is the daughter of a Filipino father and a British mother. She has two siblings, a brother and a sister.
