Kali Jotta movie introduced Miss Anant (Wamiqa Gabbi) as a lawyer who visits his school to meet his teacher Rabia (Neeru Bajwa). But when she meets her teacher she came to know that she is not good at all. Rabia has become a victim of women’s harassment and Anant cannot see her being part of depressed life. She decided to bring justice for her teacher and then the story goes on.
The first half of the movie way back shows the happy life of Rabia and Deedar (Satinder Sartaaj). She uses to be the girl who wanted to touch the sky and makes people laugh whoever is connected to her. She lives her life without worrying about the narrow thoughts of society.

But her disconnection from society made her a victim of women’s harassment. She faces torture in the mid-half of the movie after which stories show how she began living a miserable life. She lost her happiness, her inner happiness, and began spending days like a dead soul. But Anant brings justice to her. In the end, the justice that Rabia gets makes Kali Jotta a seemingly extraordinary story.
