He took his son along with him from home and had breakfast with him at a restaurant near his office. After having breakfast he drove to his office along with his son in his Hyundai Tucson SUV. He left the cooper strapped in a rear-facing car seat in the back. Ross Harris then got involved in his office work near about 9:25 a.m on June 18, 2014.
Without going back to check whether Cooper Harris is ok or not? Ross Harris went to have lunch with his two friends at 12:30 p.m at nearby Publix. After finishing lunch he went to purchase some light bulbs and then again visited back to his office parking lot dropped by his friends. Justin Ross Harris went to his SUV and opened the door and placed all the light bulbs inside it. At that time Cooper Harris was there inside the car. But it is not known whether Ross Harris viewed his son Cooper Harris or not.
After it, during the 4:16 p.m of the evening, Ross Harris returned back to his SUV almost after 7 hours leaving Cooper inside the car. He then drove away from his office. After finishing his office work he has set a plan with his friend to go and watch a movie. But after a few minutes of driving from his office, Justin Ross Harris had shared in court that he stop at the outdoor mall parking lot for help and attempted CPR. He did all this after he came to know that his son is unresponsive in the back seat. One witness claimed that he guided Ross Harris that his son needs CPR.

When police investigated Justin Ross Harris he stated that he forgot to drop his son off at daycare that morning and drive straight to his job. He went inside his office and was unaware that he forgot Cooper inside the car. Forgetting his son inside the car caused his death.
On the other hand, Police found in the investigation that Cooper Harris’s father was having extramarital affairs. Police have claimed that Ross Harris was involved in a relationship with multiple women. And on the day when Ross Harris son died he sexted and sent nude photos to at least six recipients and out of six some girls were under the age of consent. Police claimed that Ross Harris is a murderer on behalf of his behavior when they found him in the parking lot of a mall with his son dead.
According to police he also texted one woman” “I love my son and all but we both need escapes.”
