The South African star got his first career break in the year 1991 and appeared in the popular commercial of Coca Cola along with football legend Doctor Khumalo. Later he begins his career by working in a TV and has hosted many shows by working as a professional show host. Some of the TV shows that he hosted are KTV (kid’s entertainment), Road to health, Jam Alley, Luna Cop, and many others.

Molemo Maarohanye has to face lots of difficulties after he has and his friend Themba Tshabalala caused an accident. On 8th March 2010 Jub and his friend started racing while they were dunked and having a dose of drugs on a public road near a school. They drag 6 children with their car accidentally and four out of them died and 2 survived the incident with brain damage.
Later after so many hearings on 5th December, 2012 Jub and his friend were sentenced to jail for 25 years in punishment for killing 4 people.
But on February 7, 2014, an appeal was made by Jub and his previous charges were overturned to culpable homicide at the Johannesburg court. After these their punishment has been reduced from 25 years to 10 years. On January 5, 2017, Jub came out on parole after 4 years of imprisonment, and his friend was also released on parole on the same day.

Amanda implemented rape allegations on Jub Jub and cleared that he did not love her but raped her for two years. Amanda created all this news by posting a post on her Instagram.
She said
I was raped and was raped for two years solidly.” she requested Molemo (Jub Jub) not to make this rape as it was a love relationship.”
She states that “she didn’t leave Molemo because of his power and his mother’s high profile status that she was having at that time.”
She also cleared that “she had an abortion at that time because she can give birth to a child who is forcefully given to her.”
