Fae Johnstone began working after completing college. She did her first job as an s*x educator and a retail clerk at Venus Entry (an s*x shop in Ottawa and a book store). She then also worked with the Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health, and the Canadian Centre for Gender and Sexual Diversity.
With her high thinking, she has worked passionately to help young people struggling with mental health.
She became the co-owner of the Wisdom2Action (W2A) which was founded in 2011. She works as Executive Director at Wisdom2Action (W2A). Her skills as an engagement expert, diversity and inclusion consulting, and project management helped her in promoting Wisdom2 Action to new heights.
