He got killed along with his three friends when he was available inside the off-campus home in Moscow. Along with him 21-year-old Madison Mogen, 20-year-old Xana Kernodle, and 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves also got killed. All three students were his friends. And Xana Kernodle was Ethan’s love of life as she was his girlfriend who celebrated with him his recent birthday on 28th October 2022.

How did Ethan Chapin got killed? (Obituary)
The day of 13th November 2022 changed the life of the families of four kids as 4 kids from the University of Idaho got murdered. 4 Students Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle were residing in a rental home at King Road near the University of Idaho, Moscow where they got killed.
Ethan Chapin’s parents got a call from the police officials on the Afternoon of 13th November 2022 that their son has been stabbed to death.
Idaho police got the call from one unconscious person from the home where the murder incident occurred. When police reached the home they found all 4 students dead. Police received a call before 12 p.m on 13th November 2022. It appears that the murder may have appeared in the morning.
Since all 4 students got killed no arrest has been made as of 18th November 2022. The investigation is still going and soon killer will be seized.
- On November 12 out of 4 students, Kaylee Goncalves posted photos on Instagram whereas Chapin and Kernodle went to a party on Campus.
- On November 13 2022 Around 1:41 a.m Mogen and Goncalves waited for a food truck after they order food. At that time according to truck driver Joseph Woodall, none of Mogen and Goncalves were looking distressed.
- And before the Noon of 13th November, a call was made to 911 about a stabbing.
