Bhaana Sidhu completed his schooling from Government Senior Secondary School, Kotduna. He then graduated from Punjabi University, Patiala, where he met his childhood friend and collaborator, Harinder Singh Sidhu. Controversy
A social media blogger from Punjab, who claimed to expose fraudulent travel agents, has been arrested for allegedly blackmailing a female travel agent and demanding money from her. The blogger, identified as Kaka Singh Sidhu alias Bhana Sidhu, was arrested by the police on Saturday, January 20, 2024, based on a complaint filed by Indarjeet Kaur, a travel agent residing on Chandigarh Road.
According to the complaint, Sidhu had been harassing Kaur for several months, demanding refunds of money to clients who had booked tickets through her agency. He also threatened to stage protests outside her residence and defame her on social media if she did not pay him a sum of ten thousand rupees. Kaur said that she had a mobile recording of Sidhu’s phone call, in which he can be heard asking for money.
Sidhu, who is a resident of Sangrur, runs a YouTube channel and a Facebook page, where he posts videos and posts about various issues, including immigration frauds, corruption, and social evils.
