Earlier in the month of April when Aman Chopra shared a wrong statement and spread a religious bitterness across the country a two separate FIR was registered against him. He reportedly talked live on his show about the destruction of the 300-year-old Temple of Alwar, Rajasthan, and compared it with the partial bulldozing of one Mosque in the area of Jahngirpuri.
Aman said raising a question in front of his audience.
“Could this be a co-occurrence two days ago, a bulldozer was used on the building of a mosque in Jahangirpuri and today 3 temples were demolished in Rajasthan’s Alwar. One temple was 300 years old. Was it to avenge Jahangirpuri?”
After which an FIR against him was issued in the Bundi and a second was issued in the Dungarpur district. Both FIR was issued under section 153, 295, 295-A, 120 B, 124 A, and 67. At that time when FIR was against Aman, a debate related to his arrest become trending on Twitter.
One more FIR was raised against Aman from the Alwar district based on the same issue.

In the month of May 2022 when Aman got a stay for his arrest in Two FIR issued against him at Alwar and Bundi. But though he has got a stay from Rajasthan High Court for his two FIR, he is still facing an arrest warrant based on an order of the local court of the Dungarpur district. A Rajasthan police recently visited Noida to Arrest him but Aman was not available there and his home was locked. It seems that Aman was aware that the police is coming to catch him but he flew away from his house and was still untraceable by the officers.
