Nirmal Udhas: The Ghazal Singer

Nirmal Udhas is the second brother of Pankaj and was born on December 12, 1952, in Jetpur, Gujarat. He is also a ghazal singer and has released many albums and performed in many concerts. He started his career as a stage performer and accompanied his brother Pankaj Udhas in many shows.

He made his debut as a ghazal singer with the album Aawaaz in 1985 and followed it up with albums such as Aashiqui (1986), Afsana (1987), Aaina (1988), Aahat (1989) and others. He has also sung for some Hindi films such as Aashiqui (1990), Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin (1991), Sadak (1991) and others.
