She is the founder and creative director of Emmy London, a company that specializes in bespoke shoes, accessories, and bridal wear. She launched her brand in 2004, after working as a freelance designer for various fashion houses, such as Bottega Veneta, Gina, and Armani. She has since expanded her business to include a flagship store in Chelsea, a concession in Harrods, and an online platform. She has also collaborated with other brands, such as H&M, De Beers, and Cunard.

He is the co-chairman and co-founder of Volexion Partners, a private equity firm that focuses on natural resources, energy, and technology sectors. He established the firm in 2017, after leaving his previous venture, Vallar, a mining investment company that he founded in 2010. He is also a partner and a board member of Genel Energy, an oil and gas company that operates in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
He is also a shareholder and a board member of several other companies, such as Glencore, a global commodities trader; RIT Capital Partners, an investment trust chaired by his father; and The Economist Group, a media company that publishes The Economist magazine.
