Plea Over Non-Compliance With New IT Rules Filed Against Twitter In Delhi High Court

New Delhi – An application has been filed with Delhi High Court against Twitter for not complying with the new IT rules 2021. Now the application has been filed by advocate Amit Acharya in the Delhi High Court. So trouble mounting as far as Twitter is concerned, we are learning that an application has now been filed in the Delhi High Court against Twitter’s as Twitter has not yet complied with the new IT rules 2021 that were of course put out by the Information and Broadcasting ministry.

That means he has asked that the Delhi High Court should Union of India. After that Union of India direct Twitter to compliance with its order. This is a fresh petition which has been filed before the Delhi High court.
Remember earlier WhatsApp have had filed a petition before Delhi High Court against new IT rules and which is still pending in Delhi High. Now, this petition has been filed before Delhi High Court.
But apart from Delhi High Court, yes, Twitter has the issue press statement in which Twitter had to defend itself and on Twitter on Tuesday accused the government of danger over the that is incontinent with the offender democratic principle.
