Elon Musk Terminates Twitter’s Contract Employees without Notice

After firing 1000s of Twitter employees in the first week of taking over the platform billionaire Elon Musk is now removing a significant number of contract employees.
Report saying Twitter has removed around 4500 to 5500 employees without any prior notice. The employees realize they were removed when they lost access to the company’s internal communications and even email.
The employees lost access to their official mail and other online services and reports saying some of these contract workers were based overseas in India among other locations.
Meanwhile, Twitter’s new boss Elon Musk said he was working at the absolute most amount from morning till night seven days a week. When asked about his recent acquisition of Twitter and his leadership of automaker Tesla, while addressing Musk’s business conference by video link on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in Bali.

Elon, I know you are a hard worker, but with a lot of headlines that you make lately, if I were you, I would you know, jump on a plane and fly to Bali and kind of like hide a little bit or relax. Why don’t you do that?”
Elon-
I mean, that sounds fantastic. But, you know, my workload has recently increased quite a lot. I mean, oh, man. I have too much work on my plate. That is for sure.”
