Sagar Rana Murder: Delhi Court Rejected Wrestler Sushil Kumar’s Bail Plea

New Delhi – The Delhi High Court has dismissed wrestler Sushil Kumar‘s bail plea. Delhi’s Rohini Court has dismissed the bail plea of Sushil Kumar who’s a wrestler and is accused in the Chhatrasal Stadium Sagar Rana’s Murder case. The court has cited while dismissing the anticipatory bail plea filed by Sushil Kumar.
What more will come out in the court order we still have to wait for it. However, the Delhi police have clearly said that he is the main accused in the case and section 302 which is of murder has been added into the case right after the autopsy reports have come in the case. And now let’s see what the court order has to say.
The court has rejected Sushil Kumar’s bail plea today, the Delhi court has pronounced the order on the anticipatory bail application that was filed by two-time Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar.
This is in connection with the Chhatrasal Stadium Sagar Rana’s Murder case. And now the wrestler has been denied bail. Fearing arrest, he had moved the Rohini court in Delhi on the 17th of May seeking anticipatory bail, asserting that the probe against him is biased and that no injuries caused were attributable to him. But now this is the latest coming in from the court Sushil Kumar’s bail plea has been rejected.
