Actor Mithun Chakraborty Joined BJP Party & Started Campaigning for the Bengal Election 2021

Now BJP has got another star power in its kitty ahead of Bengal polls. Bollywood superstar Mithun Chakraborty has now joined the BJP in the presence of Kailash Vijayvargiya, Dilip Ghosh, and other Bengal’s BJP leaders. After inducted into the BJP, Mithun said that he is a proud Bengali and wants to work for the underprivileged and that’s his dream there.

He’s also called Prime Minister Modi the worlds biggest.
Mithun met BJP’s Bengal in-charge Kailash Vijayvargiyar in Kolkata yesterday. However, it’s still unclear whether he will contest polls but will campaign for the party.

Mithun we’ll be sharing the stage with Prime Minister Modi and his mega rally at brigade ground. Newsunzip did see him with Prime Minister Modi on that stage on 7 March 2021. Chakraborty is not new with Politics. He was part of the TMC earlier. Mithun was Rajya Sabha MP from TMC in 2014 but quit in 2016 citing health reasons.
