Sulthan 2021 is produced under the production company “Dream Warrior Pictures” and produced by  S. R. Prabhu and S. R. Prakash Babu. In January 2019, Dream Warrior Pictures confirmed S. R. Prabhu as one of the producers of Sukthan. But later, S. R. Prabhu announced that this movie is only a rural drama, not a biopic. 

Film shooting was also affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After all the movie’s shoot was finished in October 2020. Sulthan (2021 film) was released on 2 April 2021. Sulthan is an action, thriller, drama movie, which is based on the life of a man, who raised by gangsters, who also hired to protect the village. The music of the movie was given by Yuvan Shankar Raja. On the other hand,  Vivek-Mervin composed all soundtrack.
