MiG-21 Fighter Jet Crashes At 1 AM In Moga, Punjab, Search For The Pilot Underway
Moga – Unfortunate news coming in this morning of a MiG-21 fighter jet crashing happened at around 1 am in Punjab Moga district. The fighter jet has taken off from Suratgarh in Rajasthan. It’s believed that the pilots ejected just before the crash. At this point, the search is still underway for the pilot’s location.
The IAF has said that this aircraft was on a routine training sortie when the accident happened. Unfortunately, we’re seeing too many such incidents happening of MiG-21 jets crashing. In this particular instance, it happened in Moga in Punjab at 1 am.
As per the information, this pilot named Abhinav successfully ejected before the crash. But efforts are now being made to place in this still there is no information about him where he landed. And all we know that this fighter that MiG-21 was on a training sortie. And this crash took place near Langeana Khurd village of Moga districts around 1 am.
