Election Commission Responsible for Covid-19 Second Wave in India – Madras High Court

Chennai, 26 April 2021 – The Madras High Court is now held Election Commission responsible for COVID-19 second wave. Chief Justice Sanjib Banerjee says that the Election Commission of India is the only institution singularly responsible for the second wave by not stopping political parties from holding election rallies.

The High Court observes the Election Commission of India official should be booked for murder charges and issued a warning that the court would stop counting of votes on the second of May, is COVID protocols and The blueprint is not put in place. Big reaction coming in from the Madras High Court, holding the Election Commission entirely solely responsible for the COVID-19 second wave in the country, saying that an election commission official must be held responsible and even murder charges should be issued.
