16 Tonnes Oxygen will Reach Delhi 5 AM Tomorrow From Raigad

New Delhi, 26 April 2021 – 16 tons of oxygen is on way to Delhi, oxygen from Raigad is reaching Delhi to reach Delhi by 5 am tomorrow. Remember, it is being oxygen is being sent to Delhi, the National Capital from all across the country and obviously, we are seeing the steel manufacturing plants the industries are providing this medical grade oxygen now.

Our authority responding to action and they’re trying to keep the oxygen supply intact and uninterrupted. However, you know, the situation is still quite grim and precarious and the prices are not yet over, in terms of numbers, 700 metric tons of medical oxygen, the number that Delhi requires every day, to keep hospitals going on.

However, only 330 metric tons of medical oxygen is being supplied at this point. And if you add 16 metric tons which are going to arrive tomorrow, it’s going to be around 350 metric tons. So certainly you can say that then that huge gap in between the supply and demand. And this is what keeping hospital authorities on their toes. And that’s why they are making these desperate requests. That’s why hospitals are asking help from the central government to state governments, steel industries to come forward and help them with this data.

Patients are being turned away by hospital authorities saying that they don’t have any oxygen beds and things they don’t have adequate oxygen supply. That’s why they wouldn’t be able to take in that particular patient and relatives of that particular patient are only running from one hospital to another. The situation is improving however, it is too little too late and we have seen how people have already lost their lives.

And even now as we speak hundreds of lives are at stake only because the oxygen supply is not the proper National capital. The blame game is on, the Delhi government is blaming to the Central government and the Central government is blaming the Delhi government. However, it is the common man who is bearing the cost for this mismanagement.
