Adar Poonawalla’s Lawyer Filed Petition In Bombay High Court, Seeks Z+ Security

Mumbai, May 6, 2021 – Breaking news coming in with regards to the Serum Institute of India‘s Adar Poonawala. A Mumbai-based lawyer has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking Z+ security cover for the chief executive officer of the Serum Institute of India. Adar Poonawalla at this point is in the UK. This was after he went ahead and flagged those alleged threatening calls against him.

And then his subsequent decision to head to the United Kingdom and over there he has gone ahead and brought about a deal of about 3000 million pounds to set up a facility a Serum Institute of India facility over therefore manufacturing and developing the vaccine in association with the UK Government.

Z+ security for Serum Institution of India CEO Adar Poonawalla is that the condition that he has laid down for him to return to India from the United Kingdom.

The Petition was filed by advocate Datta Mane also sought registration of FIR against the person who allegedly threatened Poonawalla about the supply of the vaccine. Now, remember, not only this advocate also Sanjay Raut has stated before that if someone is threatening Adar Poonawalla, or if he is receiving any kind of threat, cause he should come up and name the person or at least give some kind of hint so that the investigation can take on and this Bombay lawyer has already filed a petition in Bombay High Court speaking that the security over Adar Poonawala.

Also when it comes to Adar, now remember, he’s in the UK and also he is planning to set up his manufacturers startup there and when we speak about this advocate who has sought this petition, he said that if vaccine makers feel unsafe, then it might affect the vaccine production. Well, he is not wrong. It’s stating this. And he has also stated that instead of Y Security Adar Poonawala’s security should have been increased to Z+ Security.

We have not heard from him anything officially as well because what we have got to know so far he has two tweets, which he later on. He had posted about feeling unsafe being in India and he is currently in the UK. And also speaking to some UK officials who are starting up a vaccine production over there.
