IPL 2021 CSK Vs RCB: Ravindra Jadeja Helped Chennai to Hammer Bangalore With 69 Runs Victory

Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, 26 April 2021 – Ravindra Jadeja single-handedly demolished Royal Challengers Bangalore to hand Chennai Super Kings 69 runs victory. Jadeja smashed an unbeaten 62 before picking three wickets to guide CSK to their fourth win of the season.
Elected to bat first Chennai Super Kings were off to a flying start with Faf du Plessis on the attack. Ruturaj Gaikwad added 71 runs for the first wicket with Faf du Plessis before he was dismissed by Chahal.
Faf du Plessis got to the second half-century in a row before CSK lost 2 wickets in 2 balls which slowed down the scoring rate. Jadeja and Dhoni were still at the crease and it seemed Chennai may find it difficult to reach a far score when they were 154/4 after 19 overs. But Jadeja launched Harshal Patel for five sixes to score 37 of the finding over and took CSK to 191/4 score.

RCB began well but lost Virat Kohli early in the chase. Devdutt Padikkal was looking dangerous before Shardul Thakur brought an end to his 15 balls 34 runs knock.
The left-arm bowler Ravindra Jadeja first dismissed Sunder and Maxwell in back-to-back overs. When he was on the field and he got Daniel Christian with a direct hit. To put an end to any hopes that RCB may have had. He got cleaned up AB de Villiers to leave Bangalore tottering at 83 runs for 6 wickets.
Jadeja finished his bowling with 3 wickets for 13 runs to go with his unbeaten 62 runs off 28 balls. CSK completed the formalities and handed Virat Kohli his first defeat of the season to surge to the top of the point stable.
