Jacqueline Fernandez Gets Interim Bail In Sukesh Chandrashekhar Extortion Case: Next Hearing on 22 October
New Delhi – Jacqueline Fernandez has been given interim bail on a surety of 50,000 rupees. The interim bail was sought by Jacqueline till the decision on a regular bail application comes in the enforcement Directorate has been asked to reply to the bail application and a copy of the charge sheet has also been provided to actor Jacqueline Fernandez.
The next hearing is expected to take place on October 22, 2022, close to a month from now is when the next hearing is going to take place but of course some relief for Jacqueline Fernandez. She has been given an interim bail. The interim bail has been granted a surety of rupees 50,000 and the bail was sought by Jacqueline Fernandez till the decision on the regular bail application is handed out.
The Enforcement Directorate has been asked to reply to the regular bail application. A copy of the charge sheet has also been sent to the actor and the next hearing is expected to take place on October 22.

Jacqueline Fernandez was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate. She’s now got interim bail. She gets some kind of relief as she gets bail from the Delhi court. The court has granted the Actress bail and a surety bond of 50,000 rupees.

Jacqueline Fernandez has been accused in the 200 crores extortion case where her alleged boyfriend Sukesh Chandrashekhar had swindled money from a few businessmen wife to the amount of 200 crore rupees and a lot of that money that he extorted he used to buy gifts for Jacqueline Fernandez and her family members.
Not just Jacqueline few other actors like Nora Fatehi and a few more who are given expensive gifts by Sukesh Chandrashekhar but it appears that Jacqueline received the most number of luxury items as gifts from Sukesh from cars, property, bags, and watches to the tune of seven crore rupees.
So Jacqueline has been called him to check whether she knew that this man was a con artist and if she knew why does she still accept those gifts? Those are the allegations against her that she may have known very well and yet decided to accept gifts that will make her an accomplice in this crime.
Jacqueline Fernandez has been fighting for bail for a while now. Now the Patiala house court has granted her interim bail with a surety bond of 50,000 rupees. But Sukesh has said that Jacqueline and he were in a relationship and she knew him very well. Also suspecting that Jacqueline may have known that Sukesh was a con man and despite that accepted gifts worth crores of rupees from him.
