Odd Thomas Plot
The character Odd Thomas is introduced as a psychic man from California in this film. However, he is psychic but one day he found that a person with green hair whom he names ‘Fungus Bob’ is planning something big that may harm many people.
He then shares all facts about Bob with Chief Porter after which the investigation team gets involved to find out about Bob’s plan. Though Mr. Thomas is introduced as a Psychic, he does have some powers that help him to know many things going around him.
One day when Thomas is on a date with his girlfriend Stormy Llewellyn he got attacked by Bob but successfully escapes from the place. With his powers, Thomas sees some place where he then sends a team of investigators with the help of Chief Porter.
When they reach the place they found that Bob has been killed. There they found evidence that Bob has been killed by Thomas. Thereafter watching Bob’s dead body Thomas realized that the person he met while dinner with his girlfriend earlier was not Bob but it was his soul because Bob was killed hours before it.
Later someone shot Chief Porter due to which he was sent to the hospital. Then the story showing many incidents moves towards its ending half in which Odd founds a van loaded with explosives on a timer. He then came to know that this Van is a part of Bob’s plan.
Thomas then drives this van far place where it gets burst without killing any innocent people. And then the story comes to an end declaring Thomas as the hero of the town who saved many people.
